from our Intimates, T-shirt and/or washed clothing are non-refundable, non-returnable.
Important instructions - Fill out and submit the form below.
We will respond within 2 business days. All returns for refunds should be
processed within 7 business days of the purchase. Label the package:
Attention - Customer Service Department. Mark the Order Number on the outside
of the box. All returns for replacements will be processed within 5 business days with our stock.
If the item is not in stock your credit card will be credited with the amount paid for the item you
are returning.
Please note that returns without an Order Number marked clearly outside the box will be refused.

All
refunds are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping fee is not refundable.
If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by us or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without a shipping charge and the postage you paid for the return will be credited to your credit card.
Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 7 days to return it for a refund (less shipping). TheGLBT will not accept any returns after 7 days of your purchase.
DROP SHIPPED ORDERS:
Drop shipped orders can be returned for defective product (all dropped shipped orders are
(inspected for damage prior to shipping) OR SHIPPING ERROR at no extra charge. Exchanges for size, color or other item will be charged 25% of the item’s original price, plus any up charge if any, in addition to the new shipping and drop ship charge.
